Five Fat Monks takes inspiration from the bold flavours of Southeast Asian street food.

With an emphasis on its quick-service concept, we imagined the brand to be modern and vibrant - with a twist.

The spicy, sweet, sticky, crunchy street food is reflected in the brand's bright colour. The contemporary energy of the city of Bombay found an echo in the angular, bold typography.

Since the restaurant's specialty is create-your-own-wok, the tone of voice is straightforward while being just a little bit tongue in cheek.
